FENGHONG (China) Products
Zhejiang Fenghong New Material Co., Ltd. was established in December, 2008. Its predecessor is Zhejiang Fenghong Clay Chemical which has been engaged in bentonite for more than 30 years. The company, as the director of Bentonite Prefessional Committee of China Non-ore Institute, is the drafter of China Bentonite National Standard. Nowadays the company have 8 series and twenty-odd types of refined bentonite production system. The products are applied in coatings, printing ink, oil exploration, engineering plastic, metallurgical construction project, fine chemicals and geological exploration. And It has a 60% of market share in China and is the biggest manufacturer of refined bentonite in Asia, and one of the three biggest manufacturer of bentonite in the world.
Bentonite (Solvent Base)
This product is an organoclay (tetraallkyl ammonium bentonite) for solvent-based systems of low to medium polarity. It offers high gelling efficiency, high viscosity, excellent thickening properties, and particle suspension properties. This product is recommended for adhesives and sealants, anti-corrosion paints, container paints, bituminous paints, and printing inks.
HFGEL Series Rheological Agent
HFGEL series easily dispersible and self-activated organic clay rheological additive is an efficientrheological additive made of organic derivative of bentonite. This highly efficient rheological additive is designed for low to middle to some part of high polarity organic system. The proper solvent can bealiphatic hydrocarbon, esters, ketone and benzene. If using the middle to high polarity solvent such as xylene, xylene-ester or xylene-ketone, the HFGEL organic bentonite can be added as a dry powder for in-situ dispersion and activation without the addition of activator.
